Hi! I’m Leen and I’m a food and travel writer, photographer, and experience consultant based between Amman and Dubai (previously: San Francisco and Tokyo). Over the last decade, my work has spanned: food and travel content creation, cookbook development, cooking technology, hospitality consulting, and food photography.
I am deeply passionate about crafting unforgettable experiences and I believe in the power of sensory, personal, and meaningful moments. I specialize in using food as a tool for storytelling and cultural exchange, bringing people together around the table and beyond to create lasting memories.
Beyond this, in my role as the Academy Chair for The World's 50 Best Restaurants and MENA's 50 Best Restaurants, I am honored to work with some of the best chefs, hospitality personalities, journalists and culinary activists around the globe to help highlight the world's best culinary experiences while celebrating the unique flavors and traditions of different cultures.
